SNAP Changes and Local Food Pantries

Effective November 1, 2025, changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) may affect some families’ eligibility or benefit amounts. Families currently receiving SNAP are encouraged to review their case information or contact their local Department of Human Services (DHS) office for more details.

To support families who may be impacted, several local food pantries and community programs are available:

  • Living Grace Church – Thursdays, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Families may also download the Flashfood app, available at major grocery stores, to purchase surplus food items (fresh produce, meat, eggs, and dairy) at over 50% off.
