Celebrate Black History with Family Stories! Families of our elementary school students, we invite you to take a journey through history—right in your own home! Black history isn’t just in textbooks; it lives in the stories of our grandparents, aunts, uncles, and neighbors. We encourage you to connect with a family member who has a story to share about Black history—whether it’s a personal experience, a lesson passed down, or a connection to a historical event. These stories help keep history alive and inspire our young learners! Stories will be collected until Friday, February 14th for a school project that will be developed over the next couple of months.
