Welcome to Beacon Hill Elementary School! Beacon Hill School is a community that cares about its children, their families, and its teachers. Our school family enjoys learning and working hard together and knows that when this occurs the possibilities for success are limitless. We believe that all children can learn and get smarter and that with confidence combined with effective effort, we get results.

We are very proud of the students, staff, and parents at our school. Our students are intelligent, motivated, cooperative, and pleasant. Staff members constantly seek new ways to make school exciting and relevant for our students.

Our school leadership team has developed a strategic plan for school improvement. The plan involves all aspects of the school with special emphasis on academics and student responsibility. We maintain high expectations for all students as we implement the Park Forest-Chicago Heights curriculum, which clearly delineates the student learning standards for each level. We welcome suggestions from parents and community and solicit your support and participation in making our school a vital learning community.

We strive to make Beacon Hill a friendly, caring, supportive school where children feel challenged, safe, and cared for by both the school staff and the community. Visitors are welcome to come and see our school facility and to meet our outstanding students, parents, and staff.
